New England Animal Hospital (NEAMC) is seekinga full time a Lead ER veterinarian .
Responsibilities will include:
- A variety of shifts to ensure patient care initiatives are upheld and the team is supported.
- Day-to-day workflow including, but not limited to: ER doctor scheduling, recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training; facilitating regular department meetings; and providing mentorship and oversight to both doctors and support staff.
